I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing not just the symptoms but the underlying issues as well as working with the body as a whole because our emotions, thoughts and experiences are manifesting in the body as well as in the mind.
I use practises like mindfulness, hypnotherapy, somatic work and breath work alongside more traditional theories and techniques, tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs because not every person needs the same approach and no same issue has the same solution.
